Bad service

My contract was terminated at Credit Solution Services at the end of July and the Hr(Ina Strydom) has deducted money out of my salary, she told me that she made a mistake and she will pay it back at the end of August which she never did. I have been trying to call Ina since then, regarding my money and my TERS UIF money but she does not take my calls, she is always busy or working from home. I went to the office last week Tuesday and Ina has promised that i will receive my money on Friday but that has never happened. I called the her office yesterday on Tuesday and my call was received by the guy called Bright and he said he will ask Ina to call me back because she is busy in the meeting and i still didn't receive the call from Ina. I decided to go to the office again today and Ina refused talk see me, i was there at 14:00 and her excuse was that she is in the meeting until 17:00, she sent Bright to come to see me at the reception but Bright did not come. Please help
