Very bad experience,Ref 319290

Ive been paying my Mtn account with them as per agreement and i was offered a settlement on December 2022 of which that was settled as obligated ,all of a suddent im receiving calls from different collection companies stating that the account is overdue .The consultant Albertina Janjie sent me an email of confirmation and ive been contact her office in Randburg ,No one want to take responsibility when i lodge my query .Their service is very poor but they very quick to get ptp's from debtors
