BEING HARASSED AND FALSELY CHARGED AFTER PAID UP LETTER!!!

CSS Credit Solutions are at this moment on my last nerve!!! The harassment from this bunch is borderline a violation to my basic human rights!! I was handed over by The Foschini Group for an account I fell in serious arrears with due to a loss of job. Now I had settled ALL arrears pertaining to TFG and CSS, I was so diligent with my monthly installments that they granted me a discount of slightly above R200 when it was my last installment. This happened in August. Now I received my PAID UP letter from Mr. Philani Madondo in September to confirm that I am done with payments. TILL today, without fail, everyday of my miserable life I get a phone call from these people, who don't even ask if it is a convenient time to talk to me, they feel entitled to tell me "Please note that all our calls are recorded, before we continue please confirm your ID number with us".. Like, I HAVE NO MORE BUSINESS TO DISCUSS WITH THESE PEOPLE, I HAVE HONOURED MY PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT!! Their were calls where they were calling to confirm the receipt of my Paid Up Letter, to which I was okay with that, now I receive phone calls from them saying I owe R200 and that amount changes and currently at R600. WHERE DO YOU GET THIS **** FROM?? I HAVE THE ****** PAID UP LETTER!!! I AM SO CLOSE TO REPORTING THIS TO A CREDIT OMBUDSMAN BECAUSE THIS IS HARASSMENT!!
