WORST SERVICES EVER, I DO NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH Shafiq Dalvie OR Albert, I have been given the run around by these 2 for 3 weeks now, Shafiq you call yourself a manger yet your services and the way you speak to people is disgusting. For 3 weeks now my client has not been given her statement and you keep saying tomorrow at 11am, that has been your story for 3 weeks, Albert you tell us hold on Shafiq is next to you and then you drop the phone, You guys are sick at heart for doing this to a poor lady who needs help, I am requesting that the CEO calls me personally so i send all recordings to him of all conversations on how his managers speak to people, i think you guys now will start to get uls ****s moving.
