Worse service a pathetic customer service

I did a application for mediation to get assistance with reducing my debt. My first payment was taken over no communication was received from this company at all. All my accounts defaulted however they never kept me informed of the process, I was the one who had to call and inquire. I had decided to cancel the application now the agents at this company doesn't even have the decency to advise of their process and when I asked to speak to the manager agent just ignores me. I have sent this company so many email and called them on all the numbers provided however no one answers any of the calls, this is the worse service I have ever received from a company
