Very bad service from Credit Rescue

Please do not let these people help you. I am struggling with them to pay my accounts. The last payment they made was 29/03/2023. They still have not payed any of my creditors for April but they did deduct money again on 28 April so I am currently 2 payments behind. They told me last week they will make payments to my creditors on the 02 May 2023. Nothing happened. I am getting sms' from my creditors demanding payment. I have been trying to get a hold of them since yesterday again, but no one is answering the phones. I am at my wits end. I am behind on my payments now and getting penalized because of Credit Rescue not doing their work. Do not go to this company. They will let you down. I tried to reverse last week payment so that I can pay my creditors myself but they were quick to lock that payment down so that I cannot reverse it. Very bad service
