Good people no matter what do not join this company I joined for financial assistance 2023 October The franchise owner Berenice Govender called me to assist her Agent faith Fast forward to now all my accounts is handed over I saw faith fighting with them for a month and payment was made for the specific month and never again. You will send numerous messages to Berenice she will not respond or assist you; she will refer you to head office to get ticket number Even after getting a ticket number, you will get respond from head office telling you your accounts are paid while still getting handed over and backlisted Imagine a whole company telling you is against their policy to send a client proof of payment? they are paying on your behalf but cannot send your prof of payment? after month of suffering i decided to cancel the program 29 June I sent them an email to cancel so i can continue paying my accounts They acknowledged the email but today 01/08/2024 they Debited my account Again an Amount for R5000 for month that they can't show me where it is going being told several times that the company doesn't issue prof of payment to clients my life is ruined
