****** from and left in the dark

I have been with Credit Rescue since October 2020 and all I have received was money being ****** from my account twice, no feedback and support for payment updates and have been charged for the times Credit Rescue has taken money from my account outside of the agreement

They only answer what they want to answer and do not provide any feedback. None of my creditors confirm payment and Credit Rescue fails to provide proof that my creditors were paid.

I am so highly disappointed
