still no word on complaint logged in 2014

I signed up with credit rescue in 2013. after going from pillar to post , I am here again. after numerous calls to there head office in cape town golden acre building, e-mails to their office in Bellville no one seems to be interested in this matter. i have paid more than 5 months of premiums and they never delivered what was promised originally, i have all documents relating to this matter... they keep on escalating the call and no one returns any of my questions.<br> i am now still in arrears and my creditors doesn't understand the fact that it was not my fault it was poor service delivery from credit rescue. This is my last attempt before taking the legal route....
