Ridiculous

Absolute worst experience ive had at any company... The ********* in south africa treat you better than these people. The co mplete lack of communication from these people is utterly ridiculous. They took R900 from me after no service was rendered whatsoever. They said the monthly deduction was due on the 28th of every month. The first date arrived and there was no funds in my account so i approached my agent at the time and asked him for their banking details so i can make a manual payment witch he never sent to me and i never heard from them again. So, utterly disgusted with their service i went to dept busters (amazing client service BTW) and have been paying them successfully for the last 5 months just for credit rescue to deduct their debit from my account alongside debt busters witch left me for broke 2 months in a row. When i ask them for my first R900 they tell me it cannot be refunded? Then they say my second deduction is distributed between my debtor's but debt busters has been paying my debtors for the last 5 months? Do yourself a favour and do not approach these people to consolidate your debt as they will only place you deeper in debt or not render a service at all not to mention their customer service. Side with debt busters and get it done right first time.
