Refund problem for double deduction for R3500 each month.

Credit Rescue has not refunded in three months since they deducted double instalment on my account. I later cancelled the entire deal fearing that it's the second month that they deducted R3500 twice each month on my account. Today as I speak the second deduction has not been refunded back to me. A bank statement have been forwarded but no answer since. I am unhappy because that has affected my debit orders in my account. I hope they will consider to refund my money back without hassles.
