Refund my money

Credit rescue company based in Capetown I saw their post on Facebook I did followed the link that directed me to whatsapp a d they called me to tell which accounts am owing but then we did not agree to start debit me but I saw their information on my account app that they are going to debit me R1500.00. I did send an email to *** to ask them to stop debit me on 23 June 2022 but they never did anything like I remove all my funds before deduction so now last month I completely forgot they then debit my account R1500.00 26 of August. When I went to the bank capitec they said can't reverse the amount. I must call them make a request. So I did call them acted like they will to help and care but the end guy was assisting me ignores my calls and supervisor pass me to someone else after long time trying to get they attention and help told me request is declined for refund. I did mention that I didn't authorize any debit order to be done. I requested call records non been provided to me from the last time I asked them 3week back.
