Refund

I had a contract with the company so called Credit Rescue. Last month I've been told that my account is closed after I had issues with them and their was a refund that I was expected from them but even now nothing has been paid to me.

On top of that after after I have been told that the account is closed and there will b no deduction from my account, surprisingly that that account hs not stopped as they keep on taking my money.

I tried calling them on this numbers *** or ***, and they keep on promising to give my money back but they thet not.

What can hellopeter can assist me in this regard.
