putrid pathetic service *******

I contacted credit rescue referred by a mutual friend who works for them i spoke to someone by the name of Heather she says she is the operations manager at their wynberg branch cape town this lady was so quick to sign me up and take my bank details she promised me I will receive a welcome letter email ive received none of that she never read out any terms and conditions all she was interested in doing in was having me signed up i then contacted them on the 15 of the month advising that I need to change the payment date I was advise by a guy Shaheen or shahiem that he will have this arranged and sorted for me but also says if he doesn't call me back I should know irs sorted putrid customer service me working in the same trade I then called back as that was no assurance whats so ever he called back and says that he told me it has been sorted the day i got paid this money was deducted i immediately called them back and told them I said this should happen the person I spoke to which was heidi again putrid service she said she will have this refunded to me she then said she will call back once I sent the statement I sent the statement I called she claimed she was busy leaving notes but it will be sorted i will receive my money in 7 to 14 working days barring in mind this is no error of mine as someone failed to do there job properly i then called after those days and was told the refunds team declined it my question was why the person I spoke to avalon then advised well its because I should have advised them 30days before hand honestly I never received any documents after giving my banking details she said she will have a look into it shamley she apologized for the appalling service I said i want to cancel she then said I would then forfeit my refund barring in mind this was no fault of mine I was then told by another advisor it was investigated and I would need to wait for 7-14working days to get my refund im out of pocket disgustd by the level of professionalism given by this people what is dodgey is that they claim that they can clear your name from debt with a lump sum you pay and you will be able to make debt again my question isn't that *******

I want you guys to give my money as soon as possible and cancel my ehatever arrangement I have with you guys you say your calls are recorded well as I've mentioned I will take this further as I am well within my right to do so
