Poor service from head office for franchisees. Don't buy their franchises
Don't buy a franchise from Credit Rescue. Bunch of ****s all after & don't care about their franchisees.
They promisee me in their franchise agreement that : 1. I will get a free Installation for my VoIP phones, which I never did , I had to struggle to install myself 2. I will get warm leads - which are all lies as I have to source them myself at a cost 3. I submitted clients and haven't received commission for them and you always have to follow up to get your commission, which consequently costs you time and money 4. There's no support for the franchise, it's always about them making money
They also have breached their own franchise agreement

11 Apr 2024, 11:07. Stop misleading people and the public with your lies, please.You still have to pay for that CRM on a monthly basis, which you do not tell prospective franchisees, I only knew about that after paying the Franchise fee.
Secondly , you are lying about the admin being done by minthe company ( being the head office) as debit orders are done by the franchisee, which is a tedious process even when claiming commission. I claimed a commission from a customer who paid last year, since today I have not received my commission, but you were quick to take my franchise fee, money I worked very hard for.

our Debit Order Facilities that we provide you is FREE,
our ITC Report we provide you with is FREE,
the Dashboard to monitor your staffs Calls is FREE as we cover these costs.
All our Admin work, Court work, Legal Work, Aftercare services, ETC is done by Head Office.
You cannot blame us for you not making a success if you sitting back and expecting things to fall in your lap as you only submitted three deals to Head Office, like all Businesses what you put in is what you will get out.
We as Credit Rescue is not perfect but which Business is as we are always striving to do better. We have been in existence since 2006 and have THOUSANDS of clients on our Books as 98% of our clients are HAPPY as well as our other Franchises.
I will ask our other Franchise Owners to share their success stories.
