please take note that the last transfer request that we received was in 2023 and the transfer was declined due to outstanding fees of R 1371.77 because work was done on the consumers profile and the 17.2 was sent out 20/07/2022 and the consumer only cancelled on the 27/07/2022. The transfer was never completed due to the fees not being paid but we have no new requests. Credit Rescue should have never taken her money as they are not allowed to as long as the consumer is still with our company because they won't be able to legally assist her as they are not the debt counsellor on file.
