Pathetic Service

I called in credit rescue in Weinberg cape town,I wanted information with regards to removal of administration.The agent took my banking details and advise I will be called and I.must send documents needed.I never received no calls,I was not happy and I called and cancelled everything and even seeing email.Until today when they debited my money,I called spoke with Kim who advised me I will be called.Their service is pathetic told them my money because I didn't sign anything.I want my money or I will take this to further.This call center is useless.What they do they deduct your money before even explaining or send information and documents.
