Such disasters, I signed up for debt mediation 3 weeks ago then decided to cancel application bcz I wanted pay my accounts on my own Cash. Several times emails sent, all they do is to take days to reply & pretending like they can't see what I signed up for, but managed to debit money over my account. These guys are such disgusting, bad service. I need my refund!
