(NPA) to investigate possible misconduct or *****ulent activity

After years of debiting my account and failing to pay anything over to the credit provider — leaving me in a very serious legal situation — Credit-Rescue eventually paid some of the money over. However, it was not the full amount.

I was forced to settle the remaining balance directly with the credit provider, despite having already paid Credit-Rescue to handle this.

I am still waiting for a small refund that is due to me. Despite repeated follow-ups, all I receive are scripted responses and empty promises, with no resolution.

I have laid a ******** charge with SAPS, and submitted formal complaints to both the National Credit Regulator (NCR) and the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) to investigate possible misconduct or *****ulent activity regarding how my payments were handled.

I’m sharing this to warn others and to urge Credit-Rescue to take responsibility and refund what is owed.
