Not with credit rescue any longer and they still debiting

I have had endless issues with credit rescue, after fighting we came to a conclusion and then they removed me from credit rescue and reinstated me with the creditor, as soon as I had enough money for the creditor and was about to pay them, credit rescue then deducted the funds and now I’m sitting with a issue all from overs again, struggling to get them to refund it… how difficult can a refund be, if they located the funds on their end already…just how difficult can it be to refund my money
