Not Impressed with the Service

I have received the worst service ever over the past 4-5 months. My creditors are still complaining that they havent received any payments since May. Every week I send numerous emails requesting feedback and no one replies. No one even has the decency to call and explain whats happening. This is not the service I was promised by Damon
