No transparency with Credit Rescue consultants and admininstrators

<p>Good day</p> <p>I would like to cancel my mediation services with Credit Rescue with immediate effect.</p> <p>This is also a formal complaint about the service that I had with certain employees. Though I am no longer a client/customer as of this email but I believe that my feedback will assist you and your current and future customers going further.</p> <p>We are in a very bad time in our country financially speaking. People are deep in debt and desperate. We look for companies like Credit Rescue to assist us and make the burden lighter. Your consultants prey on our desperation but I guess that is the way business is.<br />There is no transparency when being approached by consultants. They are quick to make you sign the application form and dont really give you time to read through it. They don't even assist you in making an informed decision by educating you or suggesting alternatives. They are just quick to make their commission.I was basically blind sided into signing for mediation and the pros and cons were not explained to me. Upon further research of my own, I decided that mediation was not appropriate for me right now.</p> <p>That is when I had decided that I would cancel my mediation. That is when I spoke to Prince who assured me that some of my money will be refunded to me. He said he could not say how much because certain fees were involved. He then suggested I fill in a query form,which I did and he told me that the query form was received along with my bank statement for proof of banking details. I then asked him if he confirms that the refund will be made on Friday (7/07/2017) and he did. The whole weekend I waited for the money to reflect which it never did. I then decided to call him and find out what is happening and that is when I got a hold of Mpumi who explained to me that I will NOT be getting my money at all.<br />I was misinformed YET AGAIN.I even asked Prince to cancel the mediation services (5/07/2017),only to find out from Mpumi that he had actually not cancelled it. I was depending on the money to pay my creditors who have not received their money for this month. Where am I going to get this money from?? If I had been told from the beginning then I would not be this upset and in a very terrible place financially.<br />I regret the whole thing. I was doing a better job on my own.<br />I guess you are here to make your money and you did.<br />Train your consultants on transparency. It is a very important business ethic. Train your admin to deal with people appropriately by giving correct information.<br />YOU are the experts here. Not I.</p> <p>Thank you!</p> <p>Lorato Keshebang</p>
