No response to Emails and No Service to Clients

COVID hit my family pretty hard and I become the sole breadwinner at home. I was beginning to fall behind on debts and was struggling a lot, years ago I was under debt review with another company and their service was excellent. But I was still dreading it, then a friend of mine suggested debt mediation and someone she knew. Shame she was really trying to find a way to help me. All calls happened after work hours as I work in a call center. Well I was sold basically the ice cream with all the trimmings, we will structure plans with your creditors and we will deal with them, we will make sure that you receive your statements as soon as your creditors are paid.. HOGWASH!!! I have to ask for a statement each month. Up to now I am still looking at an email from Nedbank from 2 months ago – no response from Credit Rescue. Actually when I first joined Rushda was apparently handling my matter, but I am not sure how the can make a CEO a consultant because after about 20-30 calls from 3 creditors I give up and call Credit Rescue some of the answers I receive while basically being screamed at are, she is in back to back meetings, we don’t know when she will get out. I have about 30 emails with no response from the offices of Credit Rescue as they never want to communicate over email, all their offices can tell you they cannot take your car or house they have to accept what we give them, that’s all mam bye. In my last email to Credit Rescue I told them I would be going to social media and they had no problem with that. Their remittance statement confirms if your creditors are still calling you to email their offices, I did that last week, 4 emails letter ignored. Each morning I wake up to 20 calls calls, about 13 calls from all 3 of my creditors and 8 calls from Nedbank and ABSA Attorneys – and mind you I signed a Power of Attorney with Credit Rescue but they cannot help me, they cannot speak to my creditors they must just accept the proposal. So now I have to deal with the Attorneys and the banks –Since I have been put now in a worse situation than before I am referring my complaint to the NCR together with all the unanswered emails and please Credit Rescue – don’t phone me, you want to give answers to anything I have noted here, I have tried to email and whatsapp and both times ignored, find my email and reply – I can guarantee that is never going to happen – sad for destitute people like me that find ourselves in this situation where we ask for help and are treated this way. Since you don’t want to call my creditors, they accept the payment you send them but double the interest – apparently if they hear from the mediators then only can they move the account to review and mediation and stop the interest but it seems the only way to get you to stay with them is to let the interest accumulate so that they can get enough out of you – no help then at all, I am now more than 3 months into debt and owing triple what was my installments for the last 3 months and that amount is just going to grow until they take my house and my furniture – so thank you Credit Rescue.

Well Well I got an email from Credit Rescue on the 9.12.2021, and they were looking into the matter, I have not been with this company for years I have been with them for 3 months and it is taking them days to look into the matter. Is any response coming out of your offices or is this another delay tactic? Please people if you are seeking mediation (which I am not sure if it legal or not) then please use a company that wants to speak to your creditors and negotiate on your behalf, not send a proposal, ask what all your installments are then half it and say ok pay this to us, work with a company that you know you are in safe hands- the red flags should have went up then but again I trusted that all this was legal and that I was in safe hands and my creditors were getting calls and proposals and everyone was talking, little did I realise they not accredited to speak to my creditors that is why I have to do it. Well lets see how many weeks or months they take to respond and I wonder about the positive feedback, is it family or friends that they are asking to respond as I cannot be the only unhappy person that struggles to get answers out of this company. Please anyone else out there that is unhappy, maybe we can share our feedback on other platforms and get some answers from someone. Please I urge you to come forward.
