No one to help

Im very dissappointed by bot being able to get help from your head office or agents.. i app**** for mediation beginning of feb for both me and my husband and we have made 2 payments already however our creditors have not been paid even now and the main concern is my husbands application, i submitted both our applications at the same time .. 2 weeks ago i got an sms saying my application is now active however my husbands one nothing and when we call head office they send us to the agent when we ask the agent she promise to get back to us and never do?? what happened to his application?? why is this dragging so long?? the creditors are threatening us and yesterday they threatened us with a sheriff??? what do we have to do now???
