Misinformed

I app**** to be under Debt Mediation with Credit Rescue, and i havent received any kind of proof of what payments have been made to my creditors or even letters stating that i am under debt mediation, so i called the HO and to my shock, i was informed that that installment i paid on the 25 August 2017 was for admin and legal fees. When i app****, i asked about that and i was told that their fees are included in the installment which can be anything from R50-R100 depending on my installment. So practically, my debts will not be paid and i will be in more trouble/debt than what i was before. I was misinformed about this whole thing. If i knew, i wouldve stuck it out being in debt at least the accounts were being paid. I am not happy with this at all
