knowledgeable but slow customer service

I recently worked with Credit Rescue to help me with my debt. While I appreciated their customer service and the range of debt relief services they offered, I didn't find the overall experience to be as smooth as I had hoped. There were some delays in the process that left me feeling frustrated, and I didn't feel like I was able to make as much progress in reducing my debt as I had expected. That being said, the representatives I worked with were friendly and professional, and they did provide me with some helpful advice. Overall, while my experience with Credit Rescue wasn't perfect, I do think they offer a valuable service for those struggling with debt.
