*********** company and Franchise owner

As a former employee the work ethic is disgusting. The owner of the franchise Tashika hires staff and doesnt pay them. The staff does not have proper training . They are given an hour to read through the product and start calling client's. The attitude of management is terrible. Customers dont even know that the call centre has 3 staff which are *********** like the owner giving clients that are under debt review wrong advice and taking hard earned money
