Ignoring my request to cancel my agreement

This is the email i sent to Ayanda a week ago. Still no response! Can anyone else help?<br> <br> Hi Ayanda,<br> <br> Please find this email as confirmation that I will no longer be needing your company's services around debt mediation. There are a myriad of reasons, the mains one being:<br> <br> 1: over-promising and then under-delivering. I was told my credit record would improve which was a blatant lie. I have checked my record and it is a lot worse since i have joined you guys. <br> <br> 2: very poor service for the first 3 or 4 months. See previous hellopeter complaint. No feedback was ever given to me, i just kind of hoped that it would work out fine, because no one could help me.<br> <br> So you people have only made things worse for me. I will put a stop debit order on my account so don't plan on debiting me please. If you fail to consider and approve my request with urgency.<br> <br> Thank you again for everything and i will gladly not be referring you to anyone.
