FALSE ADVERTIZING-DEBT REMOVAL

False advertising. I paid the amount as agreed to get my name cleared from Debt Review. I told the consultant from the start that I was put on debt review in 2009 by a counselor which disappeared. I can not get a clearance certificate from the counselor as he is not available. The consultant said it would not be an issue as I don't have any bad credits on my name. Now, after they took my money I am informed that they can not assist as I need this clearance certificate.

Please be careful as they do not state what they really require from you and the timeline on the form where they explain the process is also not true-as per Mishka from their WP office.

They just ignore me if I send an email. If I phone they say they will come back to me...whuch they dont and they refuse to refund me.

Good Day,After consulting with the Dept they advised that they CAN ASSIST YOU but we require you to go to the credit providers to get us the paid up letters as your debt was prescribe 14years ago.You can use the ITC report they have given you to assist you with contacting the credit providers.Hope the above information helps clear up the misunderstanding as we are ready and awaiting to HELP YOU!

Thanks for your reply. That is exactly why I say you are falsely advertising your servicea. Nothing of these requirements were mentioned by your consultant before I appointed you for the service. If you can not assist with the service requested, why don't you refund me?
