Exceptional service but long process

I had a complicated financial situation with multiple debts and creditors, but Credit Rescue was able to help me navigate through it all. The staff was patient and understanding, and they took the time to explain everything to me in detail. They worked hard to negotiate with my creditors and were successful in reducing my monthly payments. While I did have a positive experience overall, the reason I'm giving them a 4-star review is that the process took longer than I expected. However, I do appreciate the effort that Credit Rescue put into helping me, and I would recommend their services to anyone in South Africa who needs help managing their debt
