Double deductions and cancellation of service

Bad service from Credit Rescue since I joined them, Double deductions are made by two different branches of the same company. This has affected my debit orders since they deduct R3 500 x 2 for one account. I came to a decision that; all monies must be reversed and future debit orders on my account should be cancelled and stopped. Cancelation of my account since I am receiving poor service on their part. Monies must be reversed into my account with immediate effect.
