Do not use them, they will ***** your money and not pay your creditors

I would never recommend that anyone make use of them. They never mediated any of my accounts, took my money over 5 months and only made 2 payments to creditors. I am now in a worse position then what I started and they refusing to refund my money, I have creditors breathing down my back for payments. They refuse to let you speak to any managers or senior management. They a **** do not use them.
