Debt review removal - *********** staff.

I have been going back and forth with different people at Credit-Rescue regarding my debt review removal since the beginning of the year. They have been paid in full from the start to assist me with the removal of my debt review but I must run after them every time to find out how far the process is.

Every time I email them I am asked to provide or complete documents instead of them actually doing their jobs and I have all emails as evidence to prove this should I report it to the NCR & NDA. I last emailed them on 13 & 20 May 2022 to get feedback from them as they sent me an email on 11 April 2022 advising that they are within the last process of my debt review removal and once again I was requested to complete and send documents that has already been requested before and sent off to them.

I had enough of these *********** people who are supposed to be helping people yet they are making our lives hell by taking our money and not doing what they have been paid for, instead we must contact them to know what is needed or what is going on.

I no longer want to deal with any of these people and want a manager to look into what’s going on because the longer I have to wait the more impatient I am going to become. I am even thinking of taking this to court to make sure they are not able to take anyone else’s money because clearly they are not qualified for a job like this.

I have gotten a few missed calls from their office since my last communication which shows that they are a bunch of children working for Credit-Rescue.
