Debt review removal

We app**** for debt review removal end of 2021. We decided to pay our installment over 2 months. It's been 5 weeks since our last payment was made. We still have NO court date and NO indication of when this status will be removed from our names because the attorney has been sick for 1 week... What about the other 4 weeks? Or what about a replacement when the attorney is not available??? We paid you guys on time, so we expect service on time! 5 weeks is a bit ridiculous to wait. No communication from credit-rescue. If I call and my consultant is not available... a message is taken and he will call me back.. However he never does and I have to keep on calling just to hear "there is no feedback"

At this stage I'm at the point of asking for a refund and rather support a company that actually does what they say they will do....

We received excellent service before we signed up. The moment our payments was made the excellent service went to extremely poor service.
