Debt review exit

This company takes advantage of people that are desperate, especially if you are on debt review and looking to exit. Do not trust or believe anything that they say. Their consultants will make promises that they can help exit the program. They are not transparent and Credit Rescue is a *****. They don't communicate once you make full payment. They will not respond to emails. They send you pillar to post and will refuse to give you a refund.

Dear Jacqui Mathebula

We have successfully removed many clients from Debt Review Removal at an affordable amount of R6000. Because we understand the financial challenges of our clients, you may opt for a payment plan of up to 3 parts. Our system reflects that you were our client for both Debt Review Removal and Mediation. Our system also reflects an initial deposit of R4500 received for Debt Review Removal, hence the process could not be completed.

Our Voluntary Restructure Program (Mediation) is specific to our client’s needs, offering a reduced affordable monthly instalment on all unsecured debt. We charge no upfront fees, and funds are allocated to be distributed as of the 2nd instalment received. Distribution statements are auto generated by our appointed PDA (payments distribution agency). We received a payment of R1260 on mediation and after making the payment, you requested cancellation. We strive to maintain transparency in all our transactions.

We believe our customer service department has contacted you and your query has been successfully resolved

Nonsense. Convinced and contacted by one of your consultants Phumla Mlonyeni. I paid in FULL. I have proof of payment, emails and the email you sent "congratulations for making full payment" and the documents sent "POA".

I want my money back. ALL of it. This company is a *****. The person that contacted me last week said that I'd get my money back on Friday and that payments take up to 3 days to reflect. I want my money back

It's been 4 years if not 3 years since I paid credit rescue in FULL I still don't have a clearance certificate and I still don't have my money. I work very hard and I will not let this go until I get my money back! Can you imagine I was so desperate to be taken off of this stupid program (debt review) that didn't benefit me. I paid my creditorsiin FULL and have even finished paying off my car and nothing! I want my money!!!

 Dear Ous Lerato,

24 days ago  You called in saying that since 2022 you do not know what is happening with your DDR application, claiming that you paid full amount, but no one has given you any feedback about where the application is now. You were angry swearing that you are requesting your money and one of our Admin staff told you that we can't refund back your money, and the admin employee gave your call to one of our top admin staff whose name is Anathi to give you a call regarding your DRR Application.

11 days ago: One of our admin staff contacted you regarding the FICA documents and you said that you will not be sending any information as you demand your full amount of the payment you made. The admin lady told you that the refund will not be possible since the application is still in process. We called again asking you to provide your FICA documents however, you refused to sign the documents and requested your money back.

1st I am not your "ous" please refer to me by my name. Thanks.

2. The number of times that I have sent emails and made calls is ridiculous. Your client service is nonsense and any good review that you have written must have been written by staff members.

3. There is no legal document that I will sign with Credit Rescue. I don't care if you have top admin staff.

I am no longer interested in your services. This company has let me down. It's my money. MINE! Why is it difficult for it to sent back to me? It is my right as a consumer and client. Reverse my money back. You have failed. Sometimes it shows good business practise to admit that. I'd never recommend you to anyone and if in the future a petition is issued I'd be the first to sign 😊

I think that I should fill in a complaint form with the NCR and allow for them to assist, send all the relevant documents, proof of payment and all forms of communication.

Shame on you, do you think I'm stupid? I've been keeping track aswel. And all relevant documents will go to the NCR.
