Debit canceling

Good morning I have a problem with credit rescue.last month they have debit into my account and they have reversed my money back into my account and last month again i call them to tell them to stop debiting into my account they said to me that I have to write them an email stated that i wanted to cancel the debit order. I did that I have send the an email stated that they must stop debiting into my account starting from this month, but this month again they have debit again into my account hence i have ask them to stop debiting into my account. My Id number *** and asking for letter of cancelling from credits rescue and reservely of my funds for this month
