Creditors still not paid after 2 instalments paid

So I have made two payments already to Credit Rescue, and understand the second payment , i made last month, should have gone to my creditors. None of them have received any payments and i cant get hold of Duwayne or Nuraan. My credit record is now worse than it was before and i am being handed over for a judgement. <br> <br> I just received a lot of promises while they take my money.
