Credit Rescue's pathetic service

These guys are the worst nightmare, i got a cancellation letter on the 24 of May 2021 and they had an audacity to go debit on my account in June, i placed in a request for a refund and i am still waiting for it up until today , they are so good in ignoring my emails, there is basically no feedback i have to call in to follow up with them to remove their debit mandate into my account.

Last week i called in to check if they removed the debit check on my account they **** and said they did, today they saying they still put up a request with their accounts to remove the debit check. Tell me since from the day of cancellation 24 May until today what is preventing the from removing the debit check, so they want to loot from me.
