Credit Rescue, putting more complications in your life than your debtors

I am so frustrated at how many attempts I've made to request proof or statements showing my payments. I am very very displease with the services i have received from them and i am starting to regret the decision i have made to join Credit rescue.

I receive countless calls from my creditors who advise payments have not yet been made to them. I have requested a statement since i started in October and all i hear is i need to call in again because they would not take an email serious, seriously????

I have been misinformed about mediation processes and that i do actually qualify to have debt review removed and wasted 4500.00 which i could have paid to creditors! No cons were discussed and only gave me pros.

This is the worst service i have ever received and i really am considering going back to the company who actually made sure i wasnt harassed by creditors and lawyers and who sent me monthly statements without me asking.

I am really disgusted with the service and if nothing is done to have the resolved by next week i will cancel with them and revert back to DebtBusters!

This is unacceptable. Your services are putrid and ive spoken to different people who have made promises of feedback over a period of months! I was told by Marriam that the Dent Review will be removed and there is no issue with that. I paid over 4000.00 only to be told it wasnt a guarantee, i could have put that money on my accounts! i later found out by Heidi from Customer services that some action or law has come into place where it is no longet possible. She said she cant promise to make things happen but will contact me ive been requesting a statement since october 2020 and still nothing but empty promises. Your business in reckless and i am going to take this matter to the NCR! Ive been receiving numerous calls to say that my accounts have not been paid! Do you guys not take other peoples struggles seriously?? We have come to you for help but there are more toubles than anything else!!!! I want this dealt with accordingly

Still no assistance i have now dealt with a Dawn, a Heidi Rifqah, Val and Marriam. How is your company still open if your staff are not competent with clients, giving them incorrect information and on top of that lying for eachother worst service ever! No statements received since requesting in October 2020 received calls from creditors asking for payments because Credit Rescue has not paid them. I want this mediation cancelled immediately and i will definitely report you to NCR, pathetic no service company
