credit rescue ?? no help

Hi I app**** for credit rescue in March 2015 but first payment went off in May 2015 which was for admin also the second payment to pay my creditors end June - we are on the 15th of July 2015 but my creditors was not paid yet - i have called the Wynberg branch several times but i no one can give me a clear answer if my creditors was contacted and the necessary documents was emailed to them - i am know threathen with final demands from creditors -this was suppose to help me but it turned out to be a nightmare, i need someone from Head office to get back to me or i am going to need a refund of my R6000 paid to date or i will go the legal route , this is ridiculous honestly
