CREDIT RESCUE IS A ****!!!!!!

Credit Rescue is a **** of a company. I registered with them to make a payment arrangement for my depts. They have debited me for 4 months now since June 2021 only to find that these amounts are not going to the relevant Companies. I have been calling them since last week, whenever I tell them I want to discuss my account they kept telling me they'll transfer me to the right department and while I was waiting on the line they kept dropping my call so I had to call back over and over again with my airtime. I sent them emails and what's app messages requesting someone to call me back but no one did. Yesterday I did the same thing again calling them over and over until I got through to someone, I don't remember her name. So I told her that I just came from the companies I have accounts with and they told me that they haven't received any payments for the last 4 months so my accounts have been accumulating all this time. So I told her I'd like to get all my money back and cancel my account with credit Rescue and she just **** to me and said she'll call me back when she has pulled out my statement for the past 4 months which didn't make sense because she had my account open at that time. I told Her that I have been promised a call back since last week so I don't want to get off the call but she insisted that she will call me back, but she never did. Today I just got off the phone with one of the employees Mpumi or Phumi from the payments departments, she was very rude to me when I told her I'd like a refund for all these months they have been taking money from My account so that I can just make the payments myself to the relevant companies. When Credit Rescue was signing me up back in May there were no problems, but now that I want to discuss my account, a refund and to cancel, it's becoming a problem. I'm really not happy about Credit Rescue. I need all my money back and I need to cancel my account. That's a lot of money because they have been taking R650 each month for the past 4 months. I'm really not happy about Credit Rescue.
