Credit Rescue deducting R3500

I am Theresa, I am very unhappy that Credit Rescue is deducting monies on my standard bank account. A sum of R3500 was deducted for no absolute reason. I wrote emails to them but they just continue to take money from the account. I don't know if this is what they do always to people. Please I need your assistance.
