Credit Rescue( Clearance certificate)

I have a problem with a company called Credit Rescue. In 2016 I unfortunately entered into a debt review with them but a couple of months later upon advi*****t I cancelled that review. For some unknown reason to me they never sent me the letter. Recently starting in November I had app**** for a loan and this review resurfaced but I was surprised because to my knowledge I had cancelled this review. I contacted Credit Rescue to send me that cancellation letter, after a week of waiting they finally sent it. Now the problem starts when the company I was applying for the loan from said they wanted a clearance certificate stating that the debts I had and the debt review were cleared. I then requested this letter from Credit Rescue and they told me to send them the paid up letters in order to get the clearance certificate but since then they haven't done that till today. I kept on asking them for it but seemingly they are ignoring me. This kind of treatment by Credit Rescue is really bad. All I want from them is the clearance certificate, especially seeing that I have comp**** with their request to send them the paid up letters. When I was still under them they only paid my debts for 2 months, after I cancelled and I paid them myself until I finished paying. Not once was I handed over. Upon doing research I found that I can only get this clearance certificate from the debt review company. Credit Rescue maintains that I was not under review rather under debt mediation, which I did not know. Please assist me in this matter because the reason for the loan is to help my mother who is not well. It's not for fun at all. The sooner I get this loan the better. Thank you
