Credit rescue be careful when signing up.

Just over a month now I signed up with credit rescue, I requested for information on payment distribution on my accounts whereby I was told that the 1st payment which was R3500 is for admin cost and letters that were sent out a creditors, which I was not told when signing up. It only stipulate on the activation email after signing up with them. They however send me a payment plan where the totals on there are incorrect (on questioning them, it's now said it's just an estimate). There's an account on there which I told them prior, I do not have an account with ***. ( still remained on payment plan). I have now requested a refund which they are not willing to, hence they say it's for admin cost in all this I have requested proof of the communication that went out to creditors as they said and up to now I have not received any form of proof. A cancellation letter received from them stating that "services are cancelled, however if payment goes off it will not be refunded it will be distributed to creditors". I do not want you guys to debit my account hence I cancelled in advance. A friend of mine had a bad experience with the same company, wish I had spoken to her earlier before even signing up with them. People please be warned, find out more when getting involved with companies like this. This now mean that my creditors were not paid for the month of July. To my knowledge a certain percentage goes for admin fee on a monthly basis, not a complete installment. And you want to tell me sending out communication to creditors cost R 3500.
