Credit help ****

I am so disappointed about the sales people of credit help. They are making sales / business the wrong. They have called me and have offered me a service I didn’t consent, I have not sign any documents but they proceeded to apply for a credit help for me, without explaining the process of their service. I didn’t know how much was going to be debited from my account and for how long, they asked for my ID copy and my bank statement which i dint sent, but they proceeded with their service and blacklist my name. I was so shocked to be debited R6999.00 which is way too much to accept for such service. I am now blacklisted my bills are behind, I cannot even register my son to high school hence they checked my credit record an my status is blacklisted or under credit review. It’s so frustrating because I did pay my credit on time and no company complained. Please assist and ensure that if I pay the R750 for cancellation fee as their staff member Samamkele explained, my name will be cleared.
