COMPLAINT!!!!!!!!!!!!!NOT RESOLVED

I have had no luck with the company who assisted me from 2017. How is this possible that not once did they called me or followed up why I have not paid???????? As a result of this it left me in a bad light not just that I am not sure if they will be able to assist me to clear my credit record even if I do send them proof of payments done directly to my creditors now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have signed up with Debt Review 2017. The consultant helped me was based in Krugersdorp. This year July 2018 I contacted Debt Review to find out how I can cancel my debt review. I was told it will cost me 4400.00 to be removed. Few days later I was then contacted by a consultant of Debt Review Zain Zaid and the process was taken upon him further. Zain assisted me from here and was told that I can get a proper job and housing and a car only when I am off from debt review. First, I had believed what was said but still did not believed him as he made it sound so easy. He emailed me forms to completed and provided me with banking details where to pay the amount of R5500.00. I was not happy about his service and contacted his manager to lay a com plain (Rushda). From there I was told by her it’s his private company where he assisted clients in the same way as what he promised me. After the 5500.00 was paid I was then referred by him to another lady who also promised me that I will be removed from ITC and was told to pay her 4000.00. They assured me that all be done and clear by the end of November 2018. After many emails, whatsapp messages and calls I am left with more debt that I had no option but to resigned up with Debt Line to assist me.

Whenever I had tried to follow up I was yeld and sworn. I paid in total R9500.00 for a service I never received, only to find I am placed on debt counselling.

After my recent contact again with Credit Rescue no one has followed up or tried to handle this matter for me. Nothing is being done also according to them I signed up with another company but the employees are working for them and they so called had run their own company whilst still working for Credit Rescue. Could someone please look into this matter for me?
