CANCELLATIONS DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO FOLLOW UP ON QUERIES

Dear Credit Recue, I have requested several times for for a refund after recieving my letter of cancellation.

I have had 2 months of payments that was deducted from my account AFTER cancelation.

I keep having false promises of a statement which my debtors were paid for the month I cancelled 2 months later.

Absolutely pathetic services.

Still havent recieved my refund.
