Cancellation and Refund

Worse Service from Credit Rescue, Signed up thinking they would help me... Wrong Spoke to Manager Thamansa Dube and Arren made arrangments of R1500 contacted them again to reduce it to R500 nothing done. My account was debited with R1500 I then contacted them in email stating to cancel the agreement 03/04/2023 and for my fund refunded back to me.. Responds on email lady from Christie will contact you within 72 Hours. Being calling there call center the whole morning as I'm highly frustrated they put the call down in my hear unprofessional absolutely no customer service there. I need this matter dealt with urgently. Keegan
