Bad service

We've paid this people 2 years ago to have our names removed from debt review, up to this day there is nothing. According to Compuscan and other companies, no documentation was sent to them as yet. I keep on contacting them but yet nothing is being done. They keep on saying our documentation is sent through they waiting on the credit bureaus but when we contact the bureaus they say nothing was sent by Credit Rescue. They are quick to take your money and make all kinds of promises with nothing happening. This is unacceptable and I do not even want to utter the words of how I really feel. They take your hard earned money and do not render the service they go on about over the phone. Upon checking me and my wife's credit record it still shows debt review. Whoever contact me, you better have your facts straight because I'm telling you now, I will be recording our conversation because if you come with your bull****, I will take it further.
