Bad Service - Credit Rescue

I am utterly disgusted in the service received from credit rescue. I have been with them for the last 5 months and I still get harassed by creditors saying they have not received my payment. I get paid on the 28th of the month and have requested they do not deduct anything off before that date but time and time again they deduct it, either the 25 or 27. I have requested to cancel this service and then the Manager, Rushda gave me a call about 14 days ago to say she would look into it and I have still had not response and get hounded on a daily basis. I do not know how many numbers I have blocked but they come through on other numbers. The lady I dealt with in the beginning, Shamila was absolutely amazing but Heidi and Rushda, I am not impressed with at all. I have requested proof of payments but lo and behold I am still waiting for those. Just this morning, I have received numerous calls from MBD enquiring about payment. I want this cancelled and my June amount that was deducted on 25th June to be refunded back to me immediately. I have requested my bank to cancel but because it is a debicheck Credit Rescue have to cancel. I have paid you a **** load of money to stop the harassment but all I get told by Heidi is just ignore them.
